Specialist - Supply Chain - Procurement

Genpact is looking for a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors through research, networking, and market intelligence to meet procurement requirements.

• Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, reliability, and pricing models to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements and cost efficiencies.

• Monitor supplier performance, proactively addressing discrepancies, risks, or service issues to maintain consistent delivery.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs, requirements, and timelines for effective procurement planning.

• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and best practices to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting on supplier evaluations, contracts, and procurement activities to support decision-making and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Masters in Business Administration/Business Analytics.

• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate - B2 level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
