Senior Associate - Managed Acct Services Advisory

Baker Tilly is looking for a Senior Associate to provide accounting and financial reporting support across multiple client engagements. You will guide clients through complex reporting requirements and support operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with high accuracy.

• Prepare financial statements for complex engagements and nonprofit-specific reporting.

• Collaborate with teams to maintain service standards and client deliverables.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption for clients.

• Maintain knowledge of accounting principles and cloud-based technology platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based accounting technologies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, or similar ERP platforms.
