Product Operations Specialist

S&P Global Market Intelligence is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join the Managed Corporate Actions (MCA) service. The role involves corporate actions validation research and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review corporate action announcements and conduct research to obtain details required to validate composite records.

• Conduct research leveraging various sources including prospectuses and company websites.

• Interface with paying, transfer, and information agents and custodian banks.

• Review daily exception reports and resolve exceptions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve procedures and realize efficiencies.

Requirements

• At least 2-6 years of Corporate Actions experience.

• Strong research and data mining skills.

• Strong awareness of global financial markets and Equities and Fixed income markets.

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills preferred.
