NTAM Invest Ops Sr Analyst

Northern Trust Asset Management seeks a Senior Analyst to support the Fixed Income and Equity Portfolio Management group by accurately processing and verifying complex corporate action events. This role collaborates with internal teams and partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on resolution of complex Corporate Actions transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes of the International Markets.

• Identification, escalation and resolution of corporate action issues with particular emphasis on critical and complex issues.

• Works Closely with the team in ensuring timely completion of the daily activities, Monitors operations and accounting activities to ensure that all necessary reports, documents, and action items are processed.

• Receives service requests from clients and partners, executes daily client activity, oversees transaction processing, handles inquiry resolution, obtains appropriate documentation, and ensure systems information is up to date.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing or Asset Management.

• Hands on experience on Data scrubbing or Processing of Corporate actions events is preferred.

• Require understanding of Corporate actions life cycle & wide range of Mandatory Corporate Action and Voluntary Corporate Action event types across all markets.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
