Cluster Manager - Quick Commerce

The Cluster Manager at Amazon Now holds complete operational responsibility for managing a network of dark stores. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class quick commerce experience while driving building-level cost efficiencies and national initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 3P-run Micro Fulfillment Centers to ensure operational excellence.

• Responsible for overall Quality, Productivity, and performance metrics of dark stores.

• Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet daily building objectives.

• Ensure building health and inventory metrics are maintained with high-quality standards.

• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives across the cluster.

• Manage resource planning and reduce capacity constraints in coordination with Finance teams.

• Develop a talent pipeline and manage people development through scorecards and compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon FTE experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
