Associate Consultant - Analytics

Huron Consulting is seeking an Oracle Analyst to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP applications, developing technical expertise and functional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and build Oracle reports accordingly.

• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Oracle BI tools (FDI /OAC/BIP).

• Contribute to system integrations, data migrations, and automation initiatives.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and process improvements.

• Stay updated on emerging Oracle technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 2025-2026 Batch preferred.

• Consistent academic record with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications (55% or equivalent for Maharashtra based candidates).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).

• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, OAC etc.

• Familiarity with Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI, etc.) and Python.
