Starting a new notifications service. Team knows Spring MVC well. Is there any reason to choose WebFlux now that we have virtual threads in Java 21?

For a team that knows MVC: MVC + virtual threads. Reactive is great but the debugging and learning cost is real.

We moved two services from WebFlux back to MVC + Loom. Throughput was the same, stack traces became readable again 🙂
